To power the device "On/Off," press and hold the "Media" button for 2 seconds. For "Phone Pairing," press and hold the "Mobile" button for 5 seconds until the "LED Indicator" flashes red and blue, then select "FREECOM 2X" from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
The "Cardo Connect App" is a crucial tool for managing and customizing your FREECOM 2x. You can "Download" the app from the App Store or Google Play by scanning the provided QR code. After downloading, "Register" your device within the app. The app allows you to "Choose Language" for voice prompts and "Software Update" your unit to ensure you have the latest features and improvements. The app interface provides access to "Riding Mode," "Phone," "Intercom," "Music," and "FM Radio" functions, offering a comprehensive control center for your device.
The FREECOM 2x offers several general functions for ease of use. To adjust the "Volume Up," rotate the "Control Wheel" upwards. To adjust the "Volume Down," rotate the "Control Wheel" downwards. The device also supports "Voice Assistant" integration, allowing you to activate Google Assistant or Apple's Siri with a single tap of the "Mobile" button.
