What to do if no vital sign information is displaying on the Caretaker App?

If no vital sign information appears on the Caretaker App, first, ensure the device is turned on. If the device is on, the Caretaker App may not be running; follow your device manufacturer’s instructions to launch the App. Also, verify that the Caretaker4 unit is paired with the Caretaker App by navigating to the “Devices” tab of the App and pushing the button on the Caretaker device. Then tap the radio button that corresponds to your Caretaker device on the Caretaker app screen to connect.
