INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Test temperature before use by applying product to sensitive skin, such as

the underside of the wrist. If the product feels too cold or too hot, remove for

a few minutes and retest until comfortable.

MOIST HEAT THERAPY:

• ALWAYS place 1/4 cup of water in a microwavable dish in microwave while

heating wrap.

• ALWAYS heat on clean empty microwave-safe dish. Fold wrap in half and

center in microwave. If microwave does not have a turntable, rotate the pack

90 degrees halfway through the heating time. To ensure an even

temperature, it is recommended to turn product over halfway through

heating. DO NOT leave wrap unattended while heating.

• Microwave wrap at standard power per table below. ALWAYS let wrap sit in

microwave for 1 minute after heating. Use the following chart for heating

times based on microwave wattage:

As the product cools during use, the device may be reheated for 15 seconds

to maintain a therapeutic temperature range. The product should not be

reheated more than once every 10 minutes of use (15 seconds based on

900 W microwave).

• Apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes, or as directed by your doctor.

Repeat every 2 hours or as directed by a healthcare provider. Allow product

to return to room temperature before reheating.

• Store wrap at room temperature for future hot use.

FOR COLD THERAPY:

• Place in a sealed plastic bag and put in freezer for at least 8 hours.

• Apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes. Wait one hour before reapplying, or

as directed by a healthcare provider.

• Store wrap in freezer for future cold use.

PRODUCT CARE: NEVER submerge this wrap in water. Spot clean by wiping

with a damp cloth and let dry thoroughly. Discard item if it begins to smell like

burnt popcorn, is leaking or swelling, or has stains on the device which could

lead to overheating. Item may be discarded in trash.

WARNING: DO NOT continue to use product if there is any discomfort.

WARNING: Extreme temperatures can cause injury. Failure to follow instructions and heed warnings increases the risk of serious injury. Overheating may cause fire.
Temperature Test: Always test the temperature before use by applying the product to sensitive skin, such as the underside of the wrist. If it feels too cold or too hot, remove it for a few minutes and retest until comfortable.
Discomfort: Do not continue to use the product if there is any discomfort.

Moist Heat Therapy:

Rest Period: ALWAYS let the wrap sit in the microwave for 1 minute after heating.
Reheating during Use: As the product cools, it may be reheated for 15 seconds to maintain a therapeutic temperature range. However, do not reheat it more than once every 10 minutes of use (based on 15 seconds for a 900 W microwave).
Application Duration: Apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes, or as directed by your doctor.
