Do you have a question about the CARLO GAVAZZI DAA01 and is the answer not in the manual?
This document describes a range of electronic timers, specifically the DAA01, PAA01, DAA71, DMB01, PMB01, DMB51, and DMB71 series. It provides installation instructions, connection diagrams, settings, adjustment procedures, mounting details, packaging information, CE-marking, and approvals, along with general warnings and UL notes.
These electronic timers are designed for various timing functions in industrial applications. They offer different operating modes, including Delay on Operate (Op), Interval (In), Interval on trigger open (Io), Double Interval (Id), Delay on release (Dr), Symmetrical recycler (ON first) (R), and Symmetrical recycler (OFF first) (Rb). The specific function selection depends on the model, with some models (DMBX1 and PMB01) using an upper knob for selection, while others (XAA01D and XMB01DM24B002) utilize a DIP-switch for the second relay output function (OFF=delayed according to the first relay, ON=instantaneous).
The timers feature a lower dial on the front for selecting the desired time range and a centre knob for adjusting the time period within that range (1 to 10 on a relative scale). The working mode, corresponding to the selected function, is schematized on a side label. A green LED indicates power supply ON, and a yellow LED indicates relay energization. The yellow LED blinks slowly during timing and blinks fast in case of a wrong set-up, providing visual feedback on the device's status and potential issues.
