Every unit has a set of 6 (six) dip switches inside its board for configuration purpose.
Due to theirs location, these switches must be configured only on the assembly line.
The meanings of these switches are down described :
Microswitch Meaning Note
FJ1 operation mode if ON the unit is an heat pump (HP) , if
OFF the unit is cooling only (AC)
FJ3 Compressor malfunction test if short “1” (ON) then unit doesn’t
perform the test, if open “0” (OFF)
then unit performs the test
FJ5 Unit size for size G1/G2 if ON the unit is a G2,
OFF the unit is a G1
for size G3/G4 if ON the unit is a G4,
OFF the unit is a G3
FJ11 fan speed setting The ON/OFF configuration of these
FJ12 fan speed setting switches allows to set the RPM of the
FJ13 fan speed setting three speed (LO/ME/HI) fan
