Checking the ou tdoor temperature
1 Press the UP and DOWN buttons
simultaneously for 20 seconds then
release
2 The outdoor temperature will show on the
LCD readout.
NOTE" If 2 dashes (--) appear, your
thermostat does not include the
outdoor temperature function or
the function is not working properly
Check with your dealer if you are
unsure.
Se_ce filter feature
Your thermostat reminds you when it's
time to change or clean your filter by
displaying the SERVICE FILTER
indcator.

1 Press the RESET FILTER button after you
have changed or cleaned your filter to
restart the timer.

Batte ry change out
If the installation requires the usage of batteries, the
batteries will require replacement eve ry12 months.
1 Open door on thermostat.
2 Slidebattery compartment door to the right.
3 Remove two AA alkaline _tteries.
4 Follow polarity markings (+ / -) on the thermo-
stat.
5 Install two new AA alkaline batteries and replace
Icette ry door.
NOTE" If installation is hard-wired, batteries are
not required or will not need replacement.
