unit disconnect. On a unit without a unit--mounted
disconnec t, connect the source leads to compressor
contactor C and indoor fan terminal block (IFTB) pressure
lugs with unit field power l eads.
Refer to Fig. 28 for power t ransformer connections and
the discussion on connecting the convenience outlet on
page 20.
Field power wires are connected to the unit at line--side
pressure lugs on compressor contactor C and indoor fan
terminal block (IFTB) (see wiring diagram label for
control box component arrangeme nt) or at
factory--installed option non--fused disconnect switch or
HACR. Max wire size is #2 ga AWG (copper only) per
pole on contactors. #2 ga AWG per pole on optional
disconnec t or HACR and 4/0 AWG pe r pole on terminal
or fuse block on uni ts with single point box. See Fig. 16
and unit label diagra m for field power wiring connections.
