Tobeabletoactivatetheprocedureofmanualregenerationwhenrequired,itisnecessarytostopworkforthe
entiredurationoftheprocedure(15—20min)andgetintothefollowingconditions:
•
enginerunning,machinestationaryandhandbrakeon
•
handthrottleatminimumposition
•
footthrottlereleased
•
PTOnotengaged
•
hydraulicsystemnotactive
NOTE:Iftheconditionsdescribedabovearechanged,throughouttheentireprocessofregeneration,theoperation
isstopped.
Toactivateforcedregeneration,proceedasfollows:
•
Presstheswitch(2)onthesymbol(B)formorethanthreesecondstoentertheprogrammingmenu
Thecentralmonitorwillshow“SETUPMENU”.Releasethesymbol(B).
•
Presstheswitch(3)onthesymbol(D)anumberofconsecutivetimesuntilthemonitorshowsthesymbolofthe
lter(S1).
•
Presstheswitch(2)onthesymbol(B).
•
Ifmanuallterregenerationisrequired,themonitorwillautomaticallydisplay“START”withthesymbolofthelter.
•
Presstheswitch(2)onthesymbol(B)tomoveontothemessage“WAIT”.Filterregenerationnowcommences.
Inthisphase,ifeverythingproceedsnormally,theoperatormustgivenocommandsandtheelectroniccontrolunit
willautomaticallydisplaythevariousphasesoftheprocedure.
•
Attheendofregenerationthemonitorwillshow“OFF”withtheltersymbol.Aftertwosecondsthecontrolunit
automaticallyreturnstotheinitialsituation.Presstheswitch(2)onthesymbol(A)anumberoftimesuntilyouexit
theprogrammingmenu.
NOTE:Ifduringmanualregenerationtheoperatormodiestheconditionsdescribedabove,orotherconditionscon-
nectedwiththeenginearenotsatisfactory,regenerationisstopped.Thestopissignaledtotheoperatorbythe
