3.4 Alert messages
Self-test error code display
The detector automatically performs a self-test after each power on. If one of the following alert
messages is displayed, usually it is because the sensor is blocked by banknotes or dust. Please use a
brush or a piece of soft cloth to clean the dust on the sensor or remove the banknotes and then restart
the machine.
The upper left IR sensor is not working properly.
The upper right IR sensor is not working properly.
The below left IR sensor is not working properly.
The below right IR sensor is not working properly.
The feeding sensor is not working properly.
The size sensor is not working properly.
The right passing sensor is not working properly.
The left passing sensor is not working properly.
Length feature not (correctly) detected
Magnetism feature not (correctly) detected
IR feature not (correctly) detected
Thickness not (correctly) detected
Hologram feature not (correctly) detected
Paper quality not (correctly) detected
Cannot judge denomination
