Why my Casio 5161 Watch cannot perform manual or auto receive?

If your Casio Watch cannot perform manual receive or auto receive, first ensure that the watch is in Timekeeping Mode. If not, enter the Timekeeping Mode and try again. Also, verify that your current Home City is one of the supported cities: LON, PAR, ATH, HKG, TYO, HNL, ANC, LAX, DEN, CHI, or NYC. If it isn't, select one of these as your Home City. Ensure that a countdown timer operation is not in progress. If it is, enter the Countdown Timer Mode and stop the countdown. Finally, if you recently changed the time setting, perform manual signal receive.
