in
combination
with

print
style.
This
type
of
print
is
canceled
by
reentering
+(8]
or
by
specifying
normal
print.
Specifying
normal
print
first
and
then
specifying
double
width
results
in
double
width normal
print.
This
com-
mand
is
automatically
canceled
by
a
carrier
return.
