3. Slide one buckle onto each strap, leaving the open side of the buckle facing
towards the rubber material. Wrap each strap around the chair leg and
back through the buckle. ENSURE THE RUBBER SIDE OF THE STRAP IS
FACING THE CHAIR LEG. Leave all four straps loose at this point.
4. Holding the buckle close to the face of the chair leg, pull each strap tightly
and wrap Velcro around to secure.
