brush food with a little oil for a crispier result.

White smoke
comes out of the
appliance You are cooking
greasy ingredients.
When cooking fatty food in the air fryer, a
large amount of oil will leak onto the base of
the basket. This grease produces white smoke
and will also make the basket hotter than
usual. This does not aect the fryer or the
result.
The basket still
contains traces of fat
from previous uses.
White smoke is caused by grease heating up
in the basket drawer. Make sure you clean the
device properly after each use.
Chips are
unevenly fried
You did not use the
right potato type.
Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay
put during frying.
You have not washed
the potatoes properly
before frying.
Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove the
starch.
