3. ASSEMBLY

1. Press the lock button, hold the head and insert it into the inlet. When inserting, make sure
that the head is tilted according to the arrow on the top as shown in figure Img.2.
2. Then, turn the head counterclockwise so that it is properly installed.
3. Insert the auger into the centre hole of the head at
the longer end, then turn it slightly until
it fits into the motor housing.
4. Place the blade on the auger shaft with the cutting edge towards the front, as shown in
figure 2. If the blade is not correctly positioned, the meat will not be minced.
5. Place the cutting disc you wish to use next to the blade, fitting the tabs into the slots.
6. Hold or press the centre of the cutting disc with one finger and then screw on the adjusting
nut with the other hand. Do not overtighten.
7. Install the food inlet tray into the head until it clicks into place.
8. Place the grinder on a firm surface.
9. Be sure to keep the air inlets underneath and on the sides of the grinder clear.
