5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause/Result Solution
No water is
coming out
Water tank is out of water. Pour water into the water tank.
Remains of mineral deposits in the
internal passages.
Perform the descaling process.
You have not removed the silicone
plug from the water tank inlet.
Remove the silicone plug from the
water tank inlet.
Machine malfunctions.

No steam is
generated
Steam nozzle clogged.
Clean the steam nozzle and perform
the descaling process.
Water tank is empty. Pour water into the water tank.

The coee comes
out of the edge of
the lter holder.
There is too much coee in the
lter.
Turn o the machine and wait for
it to cool down. Clean the lter and
then pour in the ground coee in
appropriate quantities.
There is ground coee in the
sealing ring of the lter holder.
Machine malfunctions.

Coee comes out
too slowly or no
coee comes out
at all
The ground coee is too ne, and
the lter is clogged.
Use coarser ground coee beans.
Filter holes are clogged. Brush and wipe clean the lters.
The water tank is not installed. Install the water tank.
Water leakage at
the bottom of the
machine
The drip tray is full. Empty and clean the drip tray.
Machine malfunctions.
