2. Insert the whisk into a container and only then press the speed button to start it up.
3. To release the whisk coupling from the motor unit, press the tabs. Next, remove the whisk
from the coupling.
To obtain better results
- Instead of using a measuring cup, use a big ger container.
- Start with a low speed.
- Move the whisk by holding it at a slight angle.
- Whip only up to 400 ml of cold cream (min. 30 % fat, 4-8 °C).
- Whisk only a maximum of 4 egg whites.
