
- It is recommended to turn the food over halfway through the defrosting process.
- Defrosting normally takes longer than cooking food.

- Microwaves penetrate about 4 cm into most food.
- Eat defrosted food as soon as possible. It is not advisable to put them back in the fridge
and freeze them again.

