TXULETACO 8000 INFERNO / 8800 INFERNO STEEL
22
ENGLISH
The temperature displayed in the device is measured by a high-precision temperature sensor,
but the real temperature decreases as distance between the heating element and meat is
increased. The device works through radiant heat; therefore, heat exposure depends on the
meat’s surface.
Better results are obtained when meat has fat.
Add salt and pepper only after grilling.
In case you want to use marinade, use dry marinade before introducing meat in the device.
Liquid marinade is not recommended.
Use butter or lard to rub meat and enhance flavour.
Grill meat with skin for crispy results.
First sous-vide cook food and grill it as the final step.
The basic steps to prepare a steak are:
Set 800-850 ºC and preheat the device.
Insert meat.
Grill on one side (1-4 minutes, depending on the meat and personal taste).
Turn meat.
Grill the other side (1-4 minutes, depending on the meat and personal taste).
Let it simmer.
Enjoy!
Roasting vegetables
Roast vegetables such as zucchini, aubergine, peppers or onions on both sides for perfect
grilled vegetables.
