5.5 SISTEMA DI MOVIMENTAZIONE PISTOLE
Il sistema di movimentazione è costituito da due carrelli
A contrapposti e guidati dalle barre rettificate B.
La movimentazione a cinghie dentate C è azionata da
un gruppo motoriduttore controllato elettronicamente
per garantire la perfetta velocità e le fasi di accelerazione
e decelerazione.
I carrelli portapistole sono dotati di staffe regolabili D per
la corretta inclinazione delle pistole.
Le staffe portapistole D sono collegate al carrello
attraverso un sistema di sollevamento comandato
manualmente o elettronicamente (opzionale).
5.5 SPRAY GUN DRIVE MECHANISM
The mechanism includes two spray gun holders facing
each other A and precision-ground guideways B.
The drive mechanism is provided with toothed belts C
and geared motor. The latter has an electronic control to
monitor the speed as well as acceleration and
deceleration. The holders come with adjustable
brackets D so that the spray guns can be tilted to the
correct angle.
Spray-gun holder brackets D are linked to the carrier
through a lifting system which is controlled
electronically.
