5.6.4 Cappa soffiante
La cappa é costituita da una struttura regolabile in
altezza sulla quale vengono montati degli ugelli
alimentati ad aria compressa; viene utilizzata per
eliminare i residui delle operazioni di spazzolatura o
eventuale polvere depositatasi sulle parti in lavorazione.
La barra ionizzante viene utilizzata per eliminare le
cariche elettrostatiche che si formano sulle parti in
lavorazione. Essa produce ioni positivi e negativi
mediante l’alta tensione fornita da appositi alimentatori.
5.6.4 Blower hood
The hood has a framework which can be adjusted in
height. A series of nozzles, supplied with compressed
air, are installed on this framework. The hood is used to
remove residue left behind after the brushing operations
or dust deposited on the workpieces.
The ionogenic bar is used to eliminate any static
electricity which builds up on the workpieces. It produces
positive and negative ions thanks to the high voltage
provided by the power supplies.
