5.7.3 Inserimento ed estrazione
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite con la
MACCHINA IN FUNZIONE, per cui è necessario
prestare la MASSIMA ATTENZIONE, durante le
manovre svolte in vicinanza di elementi che
possono essere in MOVIMENTO.
Il carrello pulitore viene mantenuto a contatto con il
nastro tramite un sistema ad incastro A che solleva tutta
la struttura, ed è appoggiato con una serie di ruote su
due guide che ne permettono l’estrazione e
l’inserimento. Quando la macchina viene fermata il
carrello si abbassa automaticamente.
Per eseguirne l’estrazione occorre alzare la ribaltina
tramite il relativo pulsante, afferrare entrambe le
maniglie poste sulla parte frontale del carrello e tirare in
modo che il carrello stesso fuoriesca dalla struttura della
macchina.
Seguire la procedura contraria per reinserirlo.
Permane il rischio residuo d’impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.
5.7.3 Introducing and removing the cleaner
assembly
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE RUNNING. Use EXTREME CAUTION
when working near MOVING PARTS.
The cleaner assembly is kept into contact with the
conveyor belt through the use of push-fit joint A capable
of lifting the entire frame. The assembly rests on a set of
wheels and two guide-ways so that it can be easily
removed and introduced. When the machine stops
running, the cleaner assembly moves down.
To pull out the cleaner assembly, raise the tilting section
by pressing the relevant button, hold both handles on the
front part of the cleaner and pull them until the assembly
slides out of the machine frame.
Perform the same operations in reverse order to slide in
the cleaner assembly.
The operator risks getting caught in moving parts
and being seriously injured if these procedures
are not performed correctly.
