5.9 IMPIANTO ELETTROMECCANICO DI
COMANDO, CONTROLLO E PROTEZIONE
FINECORSA (SQ261 - SQ263)
- Intervengono arrestando la movimentazione dei
carrelli portapistole qualora vi sia una avaria nell'
AZIONAMENTO "BRUSHLESS".
FINECORSA (BP241)
- Disinserisce la tensione di alimentazione qualora si
apra il portellone anteriore con la macchina in
funzione.
INDUTTIVO (BQ332 - BQ333)
- Regolano la portata d’aria nella cabinatura della
macchina, modificando il valore di apertura della
serranda automatica posta sui ventilatori di scarico.
INDUTTIVO (BQ265)
- Determina l' azzeramento del modulo "COUNTER"
del GRUPPO BLOCCHI DATI (PLC).
5.9 ELECTRO-MECHANICAL CONTROL AND
MONITORING SYSTEM
LIMIT SWITCHES (SQ261 - SQ263)
- These devices are energised to stop the spray gun
holders when the BRUSHLESS DRIVE motor is
faulty.
DOOR INTERLOCK (BP241)
- Switches off the electricity supply when the front
access door is opened with the machine running.
INDUCTIVE SENSORS (BQ332-BQ333)
- Used to control the air inflow to the spray booth by
opening the automatic baffle located on the exhaust
fans.
INDUCTIVE SENSOR (BQ265)
- Used to reset the COUNTER module of the DATA
