9.
Per eseguire correttamente le operazioni di sostituzione
o riparazione delle parti, attenersi alle seguenti
indicazioni:
- Nel caso si debba rimuovere il motore, prima è
necessariorio rimuovere il tappo A dal riduttore ed
allentare, tramite una chiave C, la vite di fissaggio
della bussola di adattamento B;
Per evitare il danneggiamento degli organi
interessati, è assolutamente OBBLIGATORIO
eseguire la procedura sopra descritta prima di
rimuovere il motore dal riduttore.
- Per il montaggio e lo smontaggio di organi calettati, è
necessario fare uso di adeguati tiranti ed estrattori,
utilizzando i fori filettati posti alle estremità degli
alberi.
- Prima di eseguire il montaggio, le superfici di contatto
devono essere pulite e trattate con prodotti protettivi,
allo scopo di prevenire ossidazioni e bloccaggi.
- Assicurarsi che gli elementi di fissaggio siano serrati
correttamente, e che il posizionamento sia stabile e
non causi vibrazioni.
- Prima della messa in funzione, assicurarsi che la
quantità di lubrificante sia ottimale.
To replace and repair the parts, proceed as follows:
- If the motor is to be removed, first of all unscrew plug A
in the gearbox and loosen the mounting screw of the
adapter bush B by using wrench C.
In order not to damage the parts, ALWAYS
perform the procedure described above before
removing the motor from the gearbox.
- To install and remove the push-fit parts, use adequate
pullers and tie-rods as well as the tapped holes in the
ends of the shafts.
- Before installing, the mating surfaces must be
cleaned and coated with rust preventatives in order to
avoid seizure and rusting.
- Make sure all the fasteners are well tight and stable so
as to ensure vibration-free operation.
- Before starting operation, check for the correct
amount of lubricant.
