9.5 TRASPORTATORE A NASTRO
9.5.1 Sostituzione nastro
Nel caso in cui il tappeto sia usurato in misura tale da
richiederne la sostituzione, occorre seguire questa
procedura utilizzando almeno due persone:
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Rimuovere le protezioni del nastro;
- Aprire i portelli inferiori della macchina;
- Estrarre il carrello di pulizia;
- Smontare le gambe di sostegno della cabinatura;
- Smontare la vasca anteriore;
- Allentare completamente il nastro tramite i relativi
tensionatori;
- Rimuovere il nastro da sostituire eventualmente
tagliandolo;
- Montare la staffa di sostegno A per la sostituzione del
nastro (in dotazione alla macchina) sul telaio del
trasporto, avendo prima cura di infilare sul braccio
orizzontale il nastro nuovo;
- Fissare la staffa di sostegno A serrando la vite C;
- Smontare le staffe di sostegno B del telaio;
- Smontare le piastre di fissaggio dei rulli di traino e
rinvio;
9.5 BELT CONVEYOR
9.5.1 Replacing the conveyor belt
If the conveyor is overworn, replace it by proceeding as
directed below. Two people are required for the
replacement procedure:
These procedures must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
- Remove the safety guards from the belt conveyor.
- Open the bottom access doors.
- Pull out the cleaner assembly.
- Remove the support legs of the spray booth.
- Slacken the conveyor belt by using the idlers
provided.
- Remove the conveyor belt to be replaced by cutting it
(if necessary).
- Fit support bracket A (supplied) to the conveyor
frame so as to easily replace the conveyor belt. Take
care to place the new conveyor belt on the support
shaft.
- Secure support bracket C firmly in place by tightening
screw C.
- Remove support brackets B from the frame.
- Remove the mounting plates of the drive and idle
rollers.
