e) Bloccare in morsa l'estremità dell'albero 25 liberata
dalle membrane (adottando le opportune
precauzioni per evitare il danneggiamento dello
stesso) e procedere allo smontaggio del disco
esterno membrana 3 dall’estremità opposta, quindi
asportare la seconda membrana con il relativo disco
interno;
f) Montare la nuova membrana 5 con il relativo disco
interno e serrarla opportunamente con l’apposito
disco esterno;
g) Liberare l’albero 25 dalla morsa, inserirlo nel blocco
motore 29, previa lubrificazione con grasso, montare
il disco membrana interno 24, la membrana 5 ed il
disco esterno 3, quindi procedere al corretto
serraggio operando, con due chiavi in
contrapposizione, sui dadi dei dischi esterni;
h) Rimontare i coperchi esterni 4 e successivamente i
collettori 1 e 2, avendo cura di verificare il
posizionamento delle valvole di aspirazione e
mandata, delle relative guarnizioni di tenuta ed il
corretto serraggio delle viti.
9.6.5.2 Sostituzione membrane (causa rottura)
Nel caso la sostituzione delle membrane sia
conseguente alla loro rottura, é necessario procedere
alla pulizia di tutte le parti interne del motore ed alla
verifica dello stato delle guarnizioni di tenuta e della
valvola d’inversione che potrebbero risultare
danneggiate dal contatto con il fluido pompato.
a) Procedere secondo la sequenza descritta nel
paragrafo precedente ai punti a), b), c), d), e);
e) clamp the extreme shaft end 25, released of the
membrane, (pay attention to not damage the shaft)
and remove the external membrane disc 3 from the
opposite end, then remove the second membrane
with its internal disc;
f) assemble the new membrane 5 with correspondent
internal disc and block it together with the external
disc;
g) unblock shaft 25 and insert it into the motor block 29;
lubricate internal membrane disc 24 and then
assemble it together with membrane 5 and the
internal disc 3; proceed to the correct blocking by the
means of a wrench and screw/unscrew both external
disc nuts;
h) reassemble the external covers 4 and then collectors
1 and 2; carefully verify the positioning of the suction
and head valves, the correspondent seals and the
correct screw locking.
9.6.5.2 Membrane replacement (after rupture)
It the need to replace the membrane is due to its rupture,
all internal motor components must be cleaned. Further
more it is necessary to control the seals and the backflow
valve which might have damages caused by the contact
with the fluid fed.
