The CENOCCO Myofascial Physiotherapy Device, model CC-9113, is a handheld vibrating massager designed for deep tissue physiotherapy. It aims to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with various musculoskeletal disorders, muscle injuries, sprains, and strains, while also promoting muscle relaxation, increased joint mobility, and reduced lactic acid accumulation.
The device provides deep penetration to reduce pain from joint sprains, bursitis, muscle cramps, neuralgia, and other musculoskeletal disorders. It is effective in treating scar tissues involved in soft tissue diseases, which are often associated with trauma, excessive muscle use, or abnormal posture. The vibration therapy helps to relax thickened connective tissues and fascias, improve the flow of edema fluid in swollen areas, and eliminate muscle fatigue. The device is intended for use on dry, clean skin surfaces, not through clothes, and should be pressed and moved gently on the skin for approximately 60 seconds per part. It is crucial to use the device only on soft tissues without causing pain or discomfort and to avoid the head or any bony parts of the body. Only the vibrating head that produces the best results should be used. The device is also recommended for integration into physiotherapy programs, ideally under the guidance of a doctor, expert, or physical therapist.
The device is powered by an 8.4 VDC charger. For initial use, it requires a 3-hour charge using a 5V charging equipment and data cable. The charging indicator features 6 flashing lights, which remain on when fully charged. During operation, these lights indicate the gear position. For touch-type models, the nixie tube displays electric quantity during charging and gear position during operation.
The device features a power on/off button (long press to turn off) and a key gear button to change intensity levels. It comes with detachable and replaceable vibrators, which can be pulled out with force for easy changing. The device includes multiple head attachments:
The manual provides detailed operation programs for various body parts, including the lower limbs, sacroiliac part, and for conditions like gonarthritis and plantar fasciitis. Each program specifies the type of head to use (e.g., small flat head, small round head, U-head), the position (prone or supine), the duration (e.g., 10s-15sx2 times, 20s-30sx3 times), and the movement direction (e.g., from up to down, from inside up to outside down). Specific muscle groups targeted include biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, gracilis, adductor longus, gastrocnemius, soleus, quadriceps femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, vastus intermedius, sartorius, tensor fasciae latae, tibialis anterior, peroneus longus, peroneus brevis, gluteus medius, gluteus maximus, piriformis, and articulatio sacroiliaca.
The device should be charged with the specified 8.4 VDC charger. Before each use, the device and battery should be carefully checked. It is important not to immerse the device in water or allow water to enter its vent. The device should not be dropped or used improperly. No alterations or modifications should be made to the device. It should never be operated or charged unattended. The warranty period for this product is 12 months from the date of purchase, covering primary documents and excluding appearance and wear caused by mechanical operation. Warranty coverage is void for accidental damage, improper use or transportation, failure to follow product instructions, repairs through improper channels, or inability to provide formal proof of purchase.
