Usage Features

Installation Methods for Wall Mount Metal Case: The document outlines five methods for fastening the wall mount metal case to a wall, offering flexibility based on the mounting surface and desired stability:

VESA 75mm/100mm Standard: Utilizes standard VESA mounting holes.
Four Corners from Metal Case: Secures the case using screws through its four corners.
Cross Holes from Metal Case: Employs cross-shaped holes for fastening.
Left & Right Holes from Metal Case: Uses dedicated holes on the left and right sides.
Top & Down Holes from Metal Case: Fastens through holes on the top and bottom.

HMI Panel Installation: The installation process involves several steps:

Install Wall Mount Metal Case: Secure the metal case to the wall using one of the five described methods.
Put Back White Iron Sheets: Place the sliding iron sheets back into the wall mount metal case.
Put Machine into Wall Mount Metal Case: Insert the HMI panel into the metal case, ensuring it aligns flush with the wall.
Put On the Front Bezel: Attach the front bezel to complete the installation, providing a finished look and protecting the HMI.

Power Supply Connection:

Ensure the power supply capacity is sufficient for the equipment's operation.
Connect the +24VDC to L+, 0V to M (Common), and Frame Ground to FG.
Warning: Do not open the rear cover of the panel when power is applied to prevent electric shock or damage.

Maintenance Features

Battery Replacement:

The device uses a CR 2450H Lithium Coin Unchargeable Battery.
