is
defined
as
the
condition
that
exists
when the
control
surface
is
trailing
edge
heavy,
and
is
symbolized
by
a
plus
(-).
OVERBALANCE
is
defined
as
the
condition
that
exists
when
the
control
surface
is
leading
edge
heavy,
and
is
symbolized
by
a
minus
(-).
