3 Transportation, Storage and Unpacking
(1). The motorcycle (with package) should be fixed firmly on the transport vehicle and without scra-
tches and damaging during transport.
(2). The motorcycle (with package) should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry, sun and rain-proof
warehouse , while it shouldnt be stored with flammable materials, chemical corrosive substances and
other harmful items .
(3). The motorcycle is completely assembled at the dealership and delivered to the user after inspe-
ction and tuning.
Assembly sequence is as follows:
Unpack the carton and take out all accessories.
Install the handlebar, balance weights, clutch lever and brake lever .
Remove the front axle, take the rear wheel out of the crate and support the vehicle with the side
stand or main stand (optional), install front wheel and front fender. Remove the front seat, install the
battery, install front and rear seat, install other accessories (rearview mirrors, etc), fasten all the nuts
and bolts of the whole vehicle and inspect the wiring before starting the motorcycle.
Adjust signal lights, front and rear brakes, clutch, throttle and so on, then test ride the motorcycle.
If it is normal, hand it over to users and the assembly is completed.
Transportation, storage and assembly of motorcycle are only for reference of the dealers.
