POTENTIAL HAZARD
Removing hands from the steering wheel or handholds or removing feet from the floor while riding.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Loss of control and accident resulting in serious injury or death.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
The operator should always keep both hands on the steering wheel during operation. A
passenger should securely grasp the handholds and plant both feet firmly on the floor.
POTENTIAL HAZARD
Failure to inspect the vehicle before operating, failure to properly
maintain the vehicle.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Accident, equipment damage.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
