6. REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT AND PRODUCT
6.1 Chaff oteaux SERVICE CENTRES
Cha oteaux Service Centres can access the Teleassistance platform by entering their
credentials on the Cha olink Portal:

6.2 END USERS
Download the o cial Cha olink app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play to
control your product remotely; alternatively, connect to the Cha olink portal:
https://https://www.cha olink.remotethermo.com.
You can register your account and product only after connecting the device to the
Internet (see paragraph 5).
IMPORTANT:
You can use Chaff olink with several devices at once: simply use the same creden-
tials to log in.
In such case, the existing Expert Control device must be replaced with a new one.
