Operation
Rinse Sentry
• Rinse Sentry extends the wash cycle time 660 seconds so the final rinse booster tank temp-
erature has time to reach the minimum required final rinse water temperature of 180°F.
• After 660 seconds, Rinse Sentry will stop and the cycle will resume unless the optional
LOW TEMP LOCKOUT feature is enabled.

The booster LOW TEMP alarm appears
and 660 seconds begins to countdown in
the TIME REMAINING window.
The LOW TEMP alarm disappears
when the booster reaches temperature
and the normal cycle resumes.
The 660 second Rinse Sentry Time
Remaining countdowns to zero.
Low Temp Lockout Option
• The low temp lockout option is set at the factory or in the field by a service technician.
• It stops the machine if the rinse sentry alarm is activated for longer than 660 seconds.
• Only an authorized service technician may reset the lockout.
