The Chefman Food Mover™ (Model RJ25-C) is a versatile countertop appliance designed to replace a traditional toaster oven, offering a unique conveyor belt system for consistent and rapid cooking results. It utilizes infrared technology and halogen heating elements for even heat distribution, cooking foods up to 20% faster than conventional methods.
Function Description:
The Food Mover™ offers six distinct cooking functions and the option to cook food from frozen, making it suitable for a wide range of culinary tasks.
- Bake: Functions as a traditional toaster oven, accommodating baking pans up to 9" x 13" or a 12-cup muffin tin. Users can set time and temperature (200°F-450°F). The doors are kept closed during this function.
- DIY: Allows users to customize cooking time and temperature (200°F-400°F) with continuous conveyor movement. The "RUN" function can be activated for an hour of continuous operation, or a specific time can be set. The doors must remain open for this function.
- Broil: Designed for tasks like cooking steak or salmon, offering "HI" (high) or "LO" (low) broiling heat. The conveyor function is optional; it activates if doors are left open, otherwise, the belt remains stationary.
- Pizza: Cooks fresh or frozen pizza (200°F-400°F) with the conveyor belt system. The doors must remain open initially, but can be closed once the pizza is fully inside.
- Bagel: Browns bagels to perfection using 7 shade settings. Both the entrance and exit doors must remain open for this function.
- Toast: Masters toast shades with 7 settings. Both the entrance and exit doors must remain open for this function.
The appliance features a "FROZEN" button for Pizza, Bagel, and Toast functions, which illuminates when active. An "EJECT" button speeds up the conveyor belt to move food out of the unit, and can be activated at any point during cooking by opening the exit door.
