There are several ways to lock and unlock your vehicle.
From the outside, use your key. To lock the door,
turn the key toward the front of the vehicle. To unlock
the door, turn the key toward the rear.
To lock the door from the
inside, push down on the
manual lock rod located on
the door. To unlock it, pull
up on the manual lock rod.
If your vehicle is equipped with the remote keyless entry
system, you can use the transmitter to lock and unlock
the doors. See “Remote Keyless Entry System” later
in this section.
Power Door Locks (If Equipped)
If you have power door
locks, the switch is located
on the driver’s door armrest.
Four
-Door Models
To lock all the doors and the tailgate, press the right side
of the switch. To unlock the doors and the tailgate, press
the left side of the switch.
