8Warranty
Dear Customer,
excluded from our manufacturer warranty are:
Defects caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or
by unauthorised persons carrying out improper work on
the product or by the use of unsuitable or incorrectly func-
tioning third-party products.
Also excluded are defects which do not or only slightly in-
fluence the value or function.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the appliance dur-
ing the warranty period of one year after the date of pur-
chase for professional use or two years after the date of
purchase for private use if a defect arises for which the
manufacturer's warranty applies.
Our manufacturer’s warranty is conditional on your send-
ing or handing over the product and the proof of purchase
(invoice document) to us within the warranty period.
You will find the service address on the back of these user
instructions.
