Lay out the Hydronic Pad beneath the fitted sheet on your mattress.
Place the Ooler control unit on a flat, clear surface with 18-inch radius.
Connect the Hydronic Pad tubing to the Control Unit; it should click.
Plug the Ooler into a power cord and then into a wall outlet.
Fill the control unit with 1 quart (950ml) of water and press the power button.
Use a dense blanket or comforter over the body for insulation and temperature.
Find and download the Ooler app from the App Store or Google Play.
Follow app instructions to pair the Control Unit with your phone or tablet via Bluetooth.
Set mattress temp (55°-100°F), adjust noise, and control system remotely.
Setup daily schedules for custom temperature changes during sleep.
Use gentle warming as an alarm to trigger the body's natural wake response.
