APPENDIX E
This appendix contains a maintenance log which you can copy and use to document maintenance
actions performed on this vessel.
It is not mandatory that you use this specific log to document maintenance actions, as you may have a
preference for a certain style of maintenance log available on the open market. It is, however, impor-
tant that you keep some type of maintenance log which documents every maintenance action taken
on the vessel.
The log may serve as an excellent indicator of potential problems as well as a record of service
required by warranties and service agreements.
