from
the
burner
and exchang

housing, install a new
screen in
the
hOllsing.

gasket

the gasket facing
the mixer.
Position
the
louver plate and
mixer
as
sembly
with
gasket
over
the
nozzle. Align the
three
screw holes and
the
s
park
plug hole
with
their
re
spective holes in
the
burner
and
exchanger
housing.

OTE:
If the spat·k plug hole i8
not
properly
aligne
d,
the spa
rk
plug cannot be installed.
Inst
all
the
three
lockwas
her
screws
in
the
louver plate and
tighten
securely.
In
stall
the
spa
rk
plug
gaskets
on
the
s
park
plug (concave side of
gaskets
to
corre
spond
with
ball portion
of
the
plug, one on each
side).
Carefully insert
the
spa
rk
plug down
through
the
opening in
the
housing and
through
the
lou·
ver
plate. Make
certain
that
the screw guide sl
ot
of
the
s
park
plug is in line
with
the guide screw
in
the
hou
sing
(with
th
e
screw
backed
out
suffi·
cientiy to
prevent
any
interference
with
the
gas·
kets).
Install
the
sp
ark
plug
cap
and
the
two
attaching
screws,
but
do
not
tighten
screws.
Tighten
the
s
park
plug guide screw sufficiently
to
position
the
s
park
plug electrode
with
the
ground
electrode,
but
do not over
tig
hten
as
cracking
of the porcelain m
ay
r
esult
.
