Warning:
Never pull the springs directly, as they could lose their functionality.
Instead, pull the shift cables first, so that the springs can be easily
removed from the shiftbox. This procedure will also rotate the cable
seats into a suitable position for the gear cable change later on.
2. Pull the cable retainers and the return springs off the shift cables.
3. Remove the housing cover by unscrewing the locking screws with an
Allen key. Locking screw, housing cover and outer demeshing plate can
now be removed as a single assembly group.
