Telephony Features Available for the Conference Station
Group call pickup Allows a user to answer a call ringing on a
conference station in another group by using a
group pickup code.

Hold Allows users to move connected calls from an
active state to a held state.
Requires no configuration, unless you want to
use music on hold; see
“Music-on-hold” in
this table for information.
Immediate Divert Allows users to transfer incoming calls directly to
the voice messaging system.
