All 14 VT1.5 payloads from DS1-14 and DSIN-14 cards are carried in a single STS-1 to the XCVT or
XC10G card where the payload is further aggregated for efficient STS-1 transport. The XC10G and
XCVT cards manage up to 336 bidirectional VT1.5 ports.
