HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE

The mark will light up and stay on for
approximately 2 seconds.
The cuff will begin to inflate, and the date and
pressure readings will appear on the display.
• Do not move your wrist or arm during
inflation when measurement is in progress.
• Do not press the switch while the unit is
applying pressure.
The mark will light up when the preset
pressure is reached.
