(Insucient Charge Warning Function)
When the rechargeable cell charge reaches a low
power state, the Insufficient Charge Warning
Function engages. This cause the second hand
to move in two-second intervals (two-second
interval movement). Be sure to immediately fully
charge your timepiece by exposing it to light.
