*'!2 Cup Medium Rye Flour
*1 Teaspoon Salt
*1 Tablespoon Sugar
*1 Tablespoon Dry Skim Milk
*1 Tablespoon Shortening or Sweet Butter
*1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
*1 Cup Less 1 Tablespoon Warm Water
Baking Process
1) Put dry yeast In inner pot.
4) Press the Select button for "MED".
2) Add all remaining ingredients except
water.
5) Press the START button. (When using
the preset timer, refer to the instruction
manual).

6) After taking the baked bread from the
Bread Oven, let cool then slice as
desired.
