Front parking sensors
Thesoundemittedbythespeaker(front
orrear)indicateswhethertheobstacle
isinfrontorbehind.
Thesystemwillbedeactivated
automaticallyifatrailerisbeing
towed or a bicycle carrier is fitted on
a towbar (vehicle fitted with a towbar
installedinlinewiththemanufacturer's
recommendations).
In bad weather or in winter, ensure
that the sensors are not covered with
mud,iceorsnow.Whenreversegearis
engaged,anaudiblesignal(longbeep)
indicatesthatthesensorsmaybedirty.
Certainsoundsources(motorcycle,
lorry,pneumaticdrill,etc.)maytrigger
theaudiblesignalsoftheparking
sensorsystem.
Asanadditiontotherearparkingsensors,the
frontparkingsensorsaretriggeredwhenan
obstacle is detected in front and the speed of
thevehicleisstillbelow6mph(10km/h).
Thefrontparkingsensorsareinterruptedif
thevehiclestopsformorethanthreeseconds
inforwardgear,ifnofurtherobstaclesare
detected or when the speed of the vehicle
exceeds6mph(10km/h).
Operating fault
Intheeventofamalfunctionof
thesystem,whenreversegearis
engagedthesymbolforthebutton
changestoalertmodeandthe
warninglampflashesforafew
momentsthenstaysoncontinuously.
Amessageappears,accompaniedbyan
audiblesignal(shortbeep).

F Select the "Driving assistance"
menu.
High pressure jet wash
Whenwashingyourvehicle,donotdirectthe
lancewithin30cmofthesensors.
Pressingthisbuttonagainreactivatesthe
system.Theindicatorlampgoesoff.
Theparkingsensorscanbedeactivatedinthe
touchscreentablet.
Theparkingsensorsaredeactivated
whiletheParkAssistsystemis
measuringaspace.
