Incoldweatherwiththeenginecold,
theairflowisincreasedgraduallyuntil
thesystemhaswarmedup,inorder
tolimitthedeliveryofcoldairintothe
passengercompartment.
Onenteringthevehicle,iftheinterior
temperatureismuchcolderorwarmer
thanthecomfortvaluesetting,there
is no need to alter the value displayed
inordertoreachmorequicklythe
requiredlevelofcomfort.Thesystem
compensatesautomaticallyand
correctsthetemperaturedifferenceas
quicklyaspossible.
ThissettingisassociatedwithAUTOmode
only.However,ondeactivationofAUTOmode,
thelastsettingusedremainson.
ChangingthesettingdoesnotreactivateAUTO
modeifdeactivated.
Tochangethecurrentsetting,pressthebutton
forthedesiredmode:
"Soft":providessoftandquiet
operationbylimitingairflow.
"Normal":offersthebest
compromisebetweenacomfortable
temperatureandquietoperation
(defaultsetting).
"Fast":providesstrongandeffective
airflow.
