Theanti-slipregulation(alsoknownastraction
control)optimisestractiontopreventskidding
ofthewheels,byactingonthebrakesofthe
drivingwheelsandontheengine.
The electronic stability control acts on the
brakeofoneormorewheelsandontheengine
tokeepthevehicleonthetrajectoryrequired
bythedriver,withinthelimitsofthelawsof
physics.
Activation
Thesesystemsareactivatedautomatically
eachtimethevehicleisstarted.
Theycomeintooperationintheeventofagrip
ortrajectoryproblem.
Thisisindicatedbyflashingofthis
warninglampintheinstrumentpanel.
Intelligent traction control
system ("Snow motion")
Deactivation
Inextremelysevereconditions(deepsnow,
mud,...),ifyouareunabletomoveoff,itmay
beusefultotemporarilydeactivatethese
systemssothatthewheelscanspinfreelyand
allowthevehicletomove.

indicatesthatthesesystemsaredeactivated.

systemtohelpdrivingonsnow:intelligent
traction control.
Thissystemdetectssituationsofdifficult
surfaceadhesionthatcouldmakeitdifficultto
moveofformakeprogressondeepfreshsnow
orcompactedsnow.
In these situations, the intelligent traction
controllimitstheamountofwheelslipto
providethebesttractionandtrajectorycontrol
foryourvehicle.
Itisrecommendedthatthesystemsbe
reactivatedassoonaspossible.
Theuseofsnowtyresisstrongly
recommendedonsurfacesofferinglow
levelsofadhesion.
