USB device is not detected and side indicator isn’t on, what should I do?
Please proceed as follows:
1. Plug the USB device before powering on UHD Pro.
2. If the USB device isn’t detected, keep it inserted and reboot ClonerAlliance UHD Pro.
What resolutions does ClonerAlliance UHD Pro support?
FYI. Please make sure your source device’s output resolution is correct and correspondent with the supported input resolutions
in this chart, ClonerAlliance UHD Pro will record accordingly.
