 If your tuner has a 300  balanced input, connect the antenna
cable to the input socket of your tuner by using the enclosed
transformer.
HOW TO PLACE THE ANTENNA
After checking that all the above
connections have been done properly,
place FM 405 antenna according to
the following instructions:
¾ Omni-directional reception
For omni-directional reception
(that is, receiving all FM signals of
your area), placed FM 405
antenna in vertical position: in
order to make it stable, you have
to open the red supports placed at
the bottom, turning them 180°.
¾ Directional reception
For directional reception (that is, concentrating reception on a
specific radio station), place FM 405 antenna in horizontal position:
for a correct placement, you have to open the proper support on the
rear side.
