a. Whether the ingredients
are in proportion to the
recipe, or whether there are
too many ingredients;
b. Whether the ice bucket is
frozen;
c. Whether the ingredients
are chilled in the fridge
before mixing.
Check & reassemble power
unit and mixing rod; Check if
the ingredients frozen in the
ice bucket
Turn the freezer to the
maximum setting and place
the ice bucket in the freezer for
10-12 hours or more; place the
ingredients in the freezer for
1-2 hours before preparation
